With the holidays just days away, residents in our Dellrose community got into the spirit of the season with their fellow neighbors and friends and family at our first Jingle & Mingle event. Held at our brand-new Dellrose clubhouse, our homeowners had an opportunity to meet Santa and mingle with neighbors for an afternoon of festive fun.

Our youngest Dellrose residents (and some of the parents too!) told Santa what they were wishing for this year.

We were blown away by all the fantastic entries in our gingerbread competition. We definitely have some skilled and creative homebuilders in our neighborhood.

Judging was intense, and the votes were close! There were so many beautiful gingerbread homes that in the end the grand prize of $200 was a tie between team #7 and team #4!

A big thank you to all our residents who came out to our Dellrose holiday party and celebrated the holiday season with fellow neighbors and friends. We’re looking forward to many more celebrations together in the future.
