Residents at the Dellrose community in Hockley, Texas have been taking full advantage of the brand new clubhouse, resort-style pool, splash pad, park and tennis courts since they opened earlier this summer, and in August we celebrated the official grand opening together with a Summer Splash pool party for neighbors and their family and friends.

It was a fun-filled day for homeowners to meet their fellow neighbors, enjoy the evening laying by the pool and checking out the new community clubhouse that is now open to residents at Dellrose.

A DJ spun some great tunes while delicious hamburgers and hotdogs were enjoyed. Young residents played on bouncy castles and played lawn games as a snow cone truck came by to cool everyone down with its delicious sweet treats.

A big thank you to all our residents who came out to our Dellrose Pool Party and celebrated the completion of all our amenities in the community. We’re looking forward to many more opportunities to enjoy them together in the future.
