Empire Communities opens it’s first U.S. Division in Houston

Four years ago, Empire — a Toronto-based developer that has built more than 10,000 homes and condominiums in Canada — began expanding to Houston. Empire, under its U.S. land division.

A Canadian developer has entered the U.S. market, building its first home in Houston.

Empire Continental Land is continuing its expansion into the Texas market, with the start of its sixth local community.

Empire has unveiled Dellrose, a new residential community northwest of Houston.

Canada-based Empire Communities has launched a homebuilding division in Texas and will start putting up houses in the Dellrose community in the Cypress area in 2017.

For the past four years, Canadian developer and home builder Empire Continental Land has been developing master-planned and in-fill communities in both Houston and Austin.
