In 2021, we announced the launch of our Yard of the Month program at Dellrose to recognize homeowners for maintaining their property and adding to the overall appeal of the community. 

Over the course of the year, our residents have created a variety of impressive displays including blooming gardens in the spring, beautifully-manicured lawns in the summer, and winter wonderlands in December. Read on to see all of the community’s winners this year, and join us in congratulating them for their hard work and creativity.

April 2022: Chuck and Diana Jensen

Chuck and Diana Jensen did a wonderful job caring for their lush lawn. To spice up the look of their home, they added colorful and vibrant spring landscapes which created a whimsical aesthetic.

May 2022: Scott Reeves and Ginny Howard

Scott Reeves and Ginny Howard are the Yard of the Month winners for the month of May, having done an excellent job caring for their lawn by planting a variety of vibrant spring flowers in front of their home for a warm welcome.

June 2022: Paul Broussard 

Paul Broussard did an incredible job caring for his lawn by keeping the landscaping simple and elegant. The red, yellow, and white flowers in the garden add a subtle and fun pop of color to the home.

July 2022: Ericka Scott

Ericka Scott is the well-deserved Yard of the Month winner for the month of July. Her incredible attention to detail and flowers in a variety of colors add a special and inviting touch to her home. 

December 2022: Multiple Winners

In the month of December, our homeowners went above and beyond to showcase their holiday spirit through their lawns, so we couldn’t pick just one winner! Congratulations to everyone listed below who transformed their lawns into beautiful winter wonderlands through innovative decorations, inflatables, and light displays, making a walk through Dellrose a sight to see.
