This 4-hour Contracts course, taught by Lynne McCarthy satisfies the TREC Contracts Class requirement. This class has been updated to include the new forms that would be used when representing the Buyer and we will be using the new Contract TREC 20-18 (TXR 1601). Learn how and when to use the correct Texas promulgated Purchase Contract Forms, Addenda, Disclosures, and Notices used in residential real estate transactions. Specific attention has been given to those subjects that will enable you to practice real estate brokerage in a lawful and knowledgeable way. We will discuss the contract paragraph by paragraph, if that paragraph has additional forms, we will break-out to those forms as well.

This 3-hour Contracts course, taught by Tikila Adolph, satisfies the TREC Contracts Class Requirement. The course objective is to inform and educate licensed real estate agents on the Texas Real Estate Commission Form TXR 1601 going through each paragraph, explaining the recent changes on this form and how they affect each agent and our industry!
