A casual home shopping visit to see models in Northwest Houston’s Dellrose community last fall has left one lucky visitor $1,000 richer.
Empire Continental Land, developer of 600-acre Dellrose, recently awarded Sheena Singh two $500 VISA gift cards after she was randomly selected the winner of the community’s Fall Promo Event, which took place Oct. 22 through Nov. 22. Home buyers also received $10,000 in free upgrades for their homes.
“My husband and I are looking at new homes and were drawn to Dellrose because of its attractive location near the Grand Parkway and Highway 290,” Singh said. “I’m delighted to win and I was delighted with the homes I saw. They seemed very nice and affordable.”
Dellrose features homes priced from the $200,000s by builders Beazer Homes, CalAtlantic Homes, Plantation Homes and Princeton Classic Homes. Empire Communities is joining the roster of builders with a new model home opening in Dellrose soon.
Located on Bauer Road just north of Highway 290, Dellrose offers family-oriented planned amenities, including a resident clubhouse, resort-style pool, splash pad, tot parks, walking trails, tennis courts and a courtyard featuring an outdoor fireplace. Dellrose will also serve as the future home to another Waller ISD elementary school, conveniently allowing students to walk or ride their bikes to school without leaving the community.
The Dellrose community is another development by Empire Continental Land, the Texas Land Division for Empire Communities, one of Canada’s leading developers. Empire has built more than 10,000 new homes and condominiums over the past 20 years, mainly in the Toronto and Southwestern Ontario areas.
Steve Sample with Empire Continental Land, developer of Dellrose, awards an enthusiastic Sheena Singh $1,000 in VISA gift cards after she was selected winner of the community’s Fall Promo Event.
